Spectre #225
Spectre is a ridiculously powerful figure, and number 225 of the Collateral Damage set (most powerful DC guy, and you can't even play him in tournaments). He has 4 dials. His first dial, worth 600 points, is Hal Jordan, who is not experienced in using the power of Spectre and less willing to do serious harm. His second level is Jim Corrigan (1200 points), a murdered detective, who is experienced and powerful. He uses his dial and Hal Jordan's. Finally, there is a 1800 point form, the full spirit, who uses the 3 combat dials. He is not limited by a human spirit's conscience.
